Why We Ride, Walk and Raise Funds...

Now more than ever, food is a serious need in our region, where 1 in 10 individuals in Mercer County are hungry.

We are raising money to support Jewish Family and Children's Services food programs at the Annual Wheels for Meals bike ride/walk fundraiser!

Seth and I have co-chaired this fundraising event since it's start 5 years ago!

JFCS has seen a dramatic increase in demand for food programs over the past year, including:

  • The on-site brick-and-mortar pantry distributing over 400 bags each month
  • The Mobile Food Pantry supporting 1,400 households across 30 monthly stops
  • More seniors turning to the Kosher Cafe and Kosher Meals on Wheels for supplemental meals

Event proceeds benefit all Jewish Family and Children's Services food distribution programs.
