I have been volunteering with Junior Achievement for a number of years and have enjoyed all of the distinct programs offered to the youth of Tampa. I find the strength of the future to be determined not by grand actions and showcases, but instead by our own small and powerful efforts in our own lives and hearts. Empowering and guiding the next generation to be leaders of the marketplace and stewards of their communities is something that I am honored to be able to support.
I myself did not go through Junior Achievement, but nothing brings me a bigger smile than seeing all of the alumni so eager to come back and help. This eagerness to pay the kindness and mentorship to the next generation is, along with the devotion of the great leaders who spearhead the Tampa effort, some of the greatest community lead efforts I have ever had a pleasure to be a part of.
