As our team continues to train and equip students, we’re seeing another urgent need: the leaders guiding them need care too. Today more than ever, youth pastors need their fire and passion refueled so they can continue reaching the next generation.
That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Josh Beeman to our team. Known as a man of prayer and encouragement, Josh has served in ministry for 15 years alongside his wife, leading in worship and youth ministries. As a husband and dad of four, he understands the challenge of balancing family and ministry. His heart is to come alongside pastors through discipleship, encouragement, and prayer, helping to slow the Great Resignation and ignite a new fire in those called to lead.
“Meanwhile, Moses, Aaron, and Hur climbed to the top of a nearby hill. As long as Moses held up the staff in his hand, the Israelites had the advantage. But whenever he dropped his hand, the Amalekites gained the advantage. Moses’ arms soon became so tired he could no longer hold them up. So Aaron and Hur found a stone for him to sit on. Then they stood on each side of Moses, holding up his hands. So his hands held steady until sunset. As a result, Joshua overwhelmed the army of Amalek in battle.” — Exodus 17:10b-13
