During my junior year in high school, my best friend's dad worked for IBM and he led our Junior Achievement class on Tuesday nights.  We "manufacturered" desk pen sets.  Because he was a salesman, he taught us basic marketing and sales techniques that continued to serve me well for many years.  In addition, Mr. James imparted many life lessons during our weekly sessions, many of which I remember to this day.  I have supported Junior Adchievement throughout the years because I believe in their mission and because Mr. James believed in me.
