My family knows all to well the tragic effects suicide has on the individuals left behind. We also are well aware of the darkness that comes with depression. The wounds run deep and scars are left behind, but by the grace of God we can and will overcome. This foundation was started to get better education out to children and teens all over the country to prevent the tragedy of suicide. 
Now, more than ever, we need to come together and support a cause that is working to change the horrific trends we are seeing amongst our teenagers. Our unit has seen a spike in overdoses and attempts, and it is absolutely heart breaking. Please join me in supporting this cause, giving education to our communities and letting them know that their lives matter, they have purpose, and they can get through the tough times.
