Jeremy Wright, Vice President of Snow City Arts Governing Board and owner of Thrift LLC, invites you to a unique fundraising event in support of SCA.
“Thrift, LLC focuses on providing high quality clothing and accessories at ridiculously affordable prices! We're all about community building, so we try to partner with nonprofits and community organizations to help them fundraise at our pop up shops and events. We often partner with other minority owned businesses to increase visibility and provide cost sharing.”
Donations of gently used quality clothing and accessories may be donated through August 14 for a special Virtual Thrift, LLC Pop Up Store event to raise funds for Snow CIty Arts and all from the comfort of your home, August 17 - 31, 2020.
100% of sales of items donated specifically for this event, and 20% of all other sales during the latter half of August, will be donated to Snow CIty Arts’ general operating funds, directly supporting the work it is doing with children and youth in Chicagoland hospitals. Specifically, these funds will support the creation of bilingual instruction guides and materials kits for students at our hospital partners this summer and fall, to be used in conjunction with our new Virtual Learning workshops.

Snow City Arts’ one-on-one learning opportunities are a vital, healing source of normalcy and joy for these students and their families, provided free of charge. The students need a sense of connectedness now more than ever, in what can already be a scary and isolating experience.
