Hello!

I'm Marley Kleiman- a Milwaukee born lady, currently living in the south suburbs, aka Chicago. I was the first person in my family to be born in the 414, and am extremely proud of it. I even have a 414 tattoo, which my father later copied and got as well. 

I am a 2nd grade public school teacher. I decided I wanted to become a teacher after working in Milwaukee Public Schools as an Americorps member. 

Milwaukee is where I was born, raised, and where my husband and I got married! 

Even though I currently live in Chicago, 88nine is a huge part of my life. I am in constant awe of the amount of things this organization has accomplished, from the artists the station proudly plays to community stories featuring voices that deserve to be heard  as well as the opportunities the Backline program gives local artists, 8nine is a true asset to the community and an agent for change. I am so proud to have the opportunity to support it.
