As an organization of young men, we do not only feel indebted to honoring military service as a whole. Our commitment to doing so is made stronger through a personal conviction to respect the sacrifices of our own alumnus in the line of duty. Tau Chapter’s partnership with the Independence Fund began with humble beginnings in the spring of last year. And in the year since, inspired by the fund’s potential to improve the lives of our nation’s most deserving heroes, we have decided to aggressively expand our fundraising goal to cover the entire cost of a wounded veteran’s mobility chair. We applaud your willingness to help us reach this worthy goal and sincerely appreciate any level of participation you are inclined to offer.
