Sun Dragon has been a lifeline for me during the past year and a half I have been training there. The Self Defense workshops have given me a sense of empowerment I never had before, while the karate training has helped me feel stronger both physically and mentally. The teachers are kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and inclusive.
