Chapel Haven Schleifer Center stands apart as one of the few programs where adults never age out of services. Our commitment is lifelong—supporting each person not just through a transition program, but across every stage of adulthood.
We offer a true opportunity to age in place, with residential, educational, vocational, and social supports that evolve as each adult’s needs and goals change. We also understand the question that weighs most heavily on families: “What will happen to my child after I’m gone?” Here, families find peace of mind knowing their loved one will always be part of a caring, supportive community where they are known, valued, and able to continue thriving. We are, in every sense, a family.
