Lakeview Pantry's Young Leaders Board wishes we could celebrate this year's End Hunger Social with our communities. This week would have been the 9th Annual End Hunger Social, a fundraiser celebrating Lakeview Pantry's 50th Anniversary. Although the event has been postponed, we are still inviting you to help celebrate today. We have set up this virtual fundraiser for Giving Tuesday Now with a goal of raising $5,000.

Despite the fact that we are not in the gorgeous lobby of Builder's Building, we can still come together to support Lakeview Pantry's vital services! The Pantry has launched a full emergency response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since March 16, the Pantry has seen a more than 300% increase in the number of individuals coming to them for food, and a 905% increase in the number of new clients served. They have also seen a 43% increase in the number of individuals seeking additional support through case management, financial assistance, and mental health programs. 

All donations made today through May 5 will be matched by a generous donor! This means that every $1 donated will provide 16 meals for our hungry neighbors.
