We are Graceful Passage, a team comprised of staff, volunteers and family members of the University of Vermont Health Network Home Health and Hospice. We are privileged to serve our community by providing hospice care and bereavement support for people and families at the McClure Miller Respite House, in their own homes, in assisted and independent living facilities and in skilled nursing facilities.

 We have paddled as a team at Dragonboat Festivals since 2017 and launched our first team as the VNA. Some of us have served as volunteers for Dragonheart Vermont for many years. We join our hearts and our paddles with the goals of Dragonheart Vermont to support breast cancer survivors and to raise money for the non-profit pledge partners whose work positively impacts individual and families who have been touched by cancer.
