Dear TBS Community,

It is our honor to serve as the co-chairs of this year's L'Chaim Celebration. On this very special night, we will celebrate the 20 years that the Perlman Family has dedicated to our community. It will be a joyous night filled with delicious food and beverage, music, dancing, auction items, and a few surprises along the way - and, as Rabbi Jay is an avid baseball fan, all with a nod to America's favorite pastime!

An online auction will be part of this exciting event. Some of the amazing items that we have secured so far include: Red Sox tickets, Celtics tickets, a Chihuly glass piece, art by various Israeli artists including Kozo, Nir Davidson and David Gerstein, and we are especially pleased to offer creative works from some of the artists in our own community. Gift cards to local restaurants, breweries, hotels and theater tickets will add to the fun of the evening.

L'Chaim is the largest fundraiser of the year for TBS.The proceeds from this event allow us to dream big and your support helps to make those dreams a reality!

We are anticipating a sold out event so we recommend getting your tickets early! We cannot wait to celebrate with you.

Rabbi Jay and his family are especially interested in programs and projects that foster belonging and deepen the spirit of our community, in particular:

Outstanding Adult learning and Jewish cultural opportunities featuring exceptional scholars, artists, musicians, speakers, and trips.
Our new “Shabbat Reimagined” initiative - which is now bringing our community together on Fridays and Saturdays for enriched experiences during services, dinners, yoga, hikes, special guest speakers and more.
Our house band and the continued growth of our music program.
Support of Israel and our community during this time of war and the rise in antisemitism - including helping the Israeli families currently enrolled in our Children's Center.
Mental health initiatives to support our community, including adults, families, children, and our staff.
The exciting re-envisioning of our TBS teen program and enhancing educational experiences across our K-12 learning programs.
