At Lead, we understand that having the right tools in one's toolbox is crucial to preventing burnout and cultivating resilience and so are dedicated to sharing actionable tools that individuals can immediately apply to their lives. We have transformed the lives of 11,250 individuals directly and over 66,000 indirectly by helping to increase their confidence and self-esteem by an average of 82% after attending just one program.
The Confidence Campaign will help to fund the sustainability of transformational confidence-based programming that empowers individuals. We have teamed up with 7 empowering individuals who will each share their stories on the importance of confidence and help raise $1,500 each towards our programs.
