A Bridge to Independence
For a young person (16–24) experiencing homelessness and instability, "landing" isn't a metaphor—it's a necessity.
Leap of Faith supports Home at Last, Cyrus Centre’s supportive housing program for youth aged 16–24.
The program provides a structured bridge between emergency shelter and independent living.
Residents get access to:
• A shared home with affordable rent
• Groceries and household essentials
• Consistent staff support
• Help finding employment
• Support returning to school
• Guidance securing long-term housing
THE IMPACT OF YOUR FUNDRAISING
$800 = Covers one full week of transitional housing and support for one youth. Safe housing. Groceries. Daily mentorship.
$1,600 = Supports two youth for a full week
$3,200 = Supports four youth for a full week.
The Collective Goal: Together, we aim to raise $200,000 this year. This secures the entire Home at Last program for 2026, ensuring no young person is turned away.
