Please help me to raise money for LearningWorks, a 54-year-old nonprofit agency in Portland, Maine. LearnngWorks helps over 2,000 learners a year to realize their potential and achieve personal success through mentoring, tutoring, and alternative education programs in southern Maine.
LearningWorks' afterschool, restorative justice, English language, and job readiness programs have been a lifeline to so many students this past year. Our work will be even more important this and next year as we help students make up for academic losses, and account for missed opportunties to develop healthy social and emotional skills, due to the pandemic.
