On August 21, 2015, my son Luke was stillborn. It has forever altered me, and as difficult as the memory of it is, I will not forget him, but instead give him a legacy of working toward ending stillbirth and pregnancy loss.

Pregnancy loss is something that no parent should have to experience. To achieve that goal, we must provide awareness, research, educate, perform outreach, and ultimately prevent stillbirth and neonatal death.

This year, on September 26, I'll be participating in the viritual walk. I wish we could all walk together in support, but nothing about this year has been normal, so let's agree to walk apart, together.
