Queridos estudiantes, amigos y familiares:

Una vez más estoy aquí para dirigirme a ustedes y decirles lo importante que son para mí. El haber podido servirles durante muchos años y continuar en este camino, gracias a Dios, es una gran bendición.

Me llena de alegría y mucha motivación ver los logros que muchos estudiantes —madres, padres de familia, esposos y esposas— han alcanzado gracias a su enorme esfuerzo y deseos de superación. Ustedes trabajan arduamente para hacer realidad sus metas mediante el estudio de un segundo idioma: el inglés.

Hoy necesito de todo su apoyo para poder continuar ofreciendo clases de inglés, GED, computación, alfabetización básica y ciudadanía, además de ayudar a cubrir parte del costo de los libros y materiales que los estudiantes utilizan. Cualquier aporte, sin importar la cantidad, nos ayudará a recaudar fondos durante estos tres días y a seguir apoyando a nuestra comunidad.

Como ustedes saben, debido a diversas situaciones, se ha hecho más difícil continuar brindando estos servicios de manera gratuita y hemos enfrentado muchas restricciones. Por eso, ahora más que nunca, les pido que nos ayuden a seguir ayudando.

Once again, I am here to speak to you and tell you how important you are to me. Being able to serve you for many years and continue on this journey, thanks to God, has been a great blessing.

It fills me with joy and motivation to see the achievements that so many students — mothers, fathers, husbands, and wives — have reached through their hard work and desire to improve themselves. You work tirelessly to achieve your goals through the study of a second language: English.

Today, I need all of your support so that we can continue offering English, GED, computer, basic literacy, and citizenship classes, as well as help cover part of the cost of the books and materials students use. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help us raise funds during these three days and continue supporting our community.

As you know, due to different circumstances, it has become more difficult to continue providing these services free of charge, and we have faced many restrictions. For that reason, now more than ever, I ask for your help so that we can continue helping others.
