Team SoJo24 supports research for families of thousands of babies born too soon, too small, often very sick, and Angel Babies that have been sent up above. This is Team SoJo24's 4th season as it was formed in April 2017 in honor of our Angel Babies, Sophia Rose and Jocelynn Soelise, who were born 23 weeks & 3 days premature on 24 January 2017 with Sophia passing away on 24 January and Jocelynn passing away on 26 January.
