Anthony "AJ" Louis Mencini, Jr. is our beloved son (and firstborn), who was born peacefully sleeping on May 14th, 2019 at 7:25 PM. Although AJ never got to share his personality with the outside world, his personality would undoubtedly be described as: loving, kind-hearted, peaceful, fun and wild. 

Tony and I invite our family and friends to participate in this event to honor AJ and to also assist with spreading awareness about Stillbirth and the resources that Star Legacy Foundation has for families going through the same heartbreak. We chose the name AJ's Berners because we have a neurotic Bernese Mountain Dog who was constantly checking on and protecting his "mama bear" and baby AJ. We know that Rookie (the crazy Berner) and AJ would have been the best of friends! 

To all of our family and friends, thank you for all of your support over the past 14 months, we appreciate it more than you'll ever know. 

Little man, this is all for you!! You are loved beyond measure and missed more than words can say!!
