On March 31,2019 Chris and I unexpectedly lost our son James Christopher at 26 weeks pregnant. For reasons we’ll never know, his heart stopped beating. On April 2nd, with Chris by my side, I delivered James at Saint Mary’s hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. He was the most beautiful boy, with lips so beautiful and big feet I’ll never forget. A big boy he would have been, I have no doubt. 

Since that day, Chris and I have welcomed FOUR precious,healthy babes. They have, undoubtedly healed our hearts in ways we weren’t sure would ever heal. However, when I’m 80 years old, looking back on my life, there will forever be a hole in my heart for the first little boy who made me a momma. Advocating for research, education and awareness for Stillbirths has become something I feel passionate about and feel Gods gentle nudge to use James story to help others ❤️.
