Time flies fast friends! Caydence is 10 years old already! A decade has passed since our first Down Syndrome Walk in 2009. We raised money and participated in our local Down syndrome walk every year the first 4 years of Caydence's life. It gave us a sense of community and courage as we learned more about Down syndrome and how to navigate services. Then once we got the hang of things we stopped. That wasn't so smart... as Caydence has grown older we realize the importance of her being around other's with Down syndrome and understanding more about what exactly Down syndrome is and that it is something to be celebrated! 

Please join us on this walk and/or contributing to our cause to raise money for the Madison Area Down Syndrome Society (MADSS)!!!!!!! We are proud to be part of the Madison Area Down Syndrome Society's 18th Annual Down Syndrome Awareness Walk because it means so much to us and to our family.

People with Down syndrome are more ALIKE the rest of us than they are different. They have feelings, talents and dreams just like everyone. They deserve to be accepted and appreciated for who they are and what they contribute to our lives and our communities.
