Meet Frederick Frazier, McKinney's Top Model Contender! 

As a proud McKinney resident, former police officer and huge advocate for public education, I’ve always believed in serving and strengthening our community. All of my children have attended MISD schools, so I know firsthand how vital public education is to our future. Supporting MEF through the McKinney Top Model event is a powerful way to invest in our students, educators and the success of our city. I’m honored to be part of it as a 2025 McKinney Top Model.
