Catriona Carlisle, executive director of Meals on Wheels of Greenville, teamed up with her two helpers, John Carlisle and Ruthie Lilla, to recreate the gingerbread masterpiece created by Meals on Wheels kitchen professionals. Racing the clock as well as the Marchant team, they used every ounce of icing, glitter, and sprinkles in an effort to become the first ever Mealed It Champions!
