What can we find you doing when you're not whipping up a dish for Men Who Cook?

Around Winston, you can find me enjoying the myriad of restaurants, breweries, and bars in our amazing town. I'll be cheering loudly at WFU sporting events, Dash games, and anything else that gives me time to hang out with friends. You can also find me trying out hot dogs all around the world and documenting my stop on my Instagram (@TourDeFrank). Whether you call them hot dogs, wieners, frankfurters, or glizzies, my passion is celebrating this food!

Why is it important to you to give back (to the SECU Family House)?

There is truly no place like home, but patients who are receiving treatment in Winston-Salem and their families often can't return home at the end of each day of care. The SECU Family House gives them the next best thing: a home away from home. It is truly invaluable for guests to be able to come back to a clean room, a hot meal, and a compassionate staff. Giving back to the Family House makes all of that possible.

What was the first thing you remember cooking?

The Blue Box - Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.

Name a fun fact people may not know about you.

By age 13, I had been to all 50 states. I'm currently 5 states away from revisiting all 50 states for a second time (this time, for hot dogs!)
