Hi, I’m Dish!

I’m a 7-year-old chestnut Welsh pony, and I’m incredibly sweet, very attention-seeking, and just a little bit sassy. I know I’m the star of the show—and honestly, I’m not wrong. I love being noticed, admired, and reminded that I’m doing a good job.

I work with riders from leadline all the way through advanced lessons. Right now, I’m learning to be brave and confident over fences, and encouragement is my secret superpower. The very first time I tried jumping in a lesson, the whole class cheered me on and cooed at me. I got all puffed up, proud of myself, and that support made me so much more confident. Applause really does wonders for me.

I try my very best because I just want to be a good boy—and I love when people recognize my effort. Learning new skills, showing off a little, and soaking up praise are some of my favorite things. Oh, and one more important detail: my favorite special treat is Gatorade. Don’t judge.
