No Such Thing as Other People's Children

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.  Will you be part of the movement to help our own foster kids right here in Marin, who need you now?

Did you know?

Every year in Marin County - even with all our wealth and privilege - over 100 children aged newborn to young adult have open cases in the dependency system and dozens of families are impacted by trauma associated with abuse and neglect.  Some people don't realize we have real foster children coming from abuse in our towns like San Rafael, Mill Valley, Tibuon, Novato, etc...but we do. 

Here's the difference you can make today:

• $25 can provide a child new shoes for the spring
• $50 can provide a birthday gift certificate for a tween
• $100 provides a weighted blanket for a traumatized child 

Foster care looks a lot like YOU!

MFCA provides support to every Marin foster child, living here or not. Please help raise awareness and support the abused children from our community.
