I’m walking the Miracle Mile for Today is a Good Day — an organization that is incredibly close to my heart. When a baby is admitted to the NICU, everything changes in an instant. What should be joyful becomes overwhelming. Families face fear, isolation, unexpected expenses, and emotional trauma - often all at once.
Today is a Good Day provides hope and community through financial and emotional support. That support might mean helping cover rent or utilities so parents can stay at their baby’s bedside. It might mean paying for gas or meals during a long hospital stay. It might mean covering funeral expenses no parent ever imagines needing. And sometimes, it simply means reminding a family that even in the hardest moments, there can still be a good day, and they are not alone!
