The Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS) program is proud to work with financially and academically disadvantaged students who face significant obstacles on their educational paths. We serve the neediest and highest-risk students, all of whom are capable of reaching their full potential with the right type of support. We are proud to serve these students because we believe in promoting equity at MJC.

At present, EOPS provides between two and five $500 scholarships each year that help students pay for:

· Tuition
· Textbooks
· School supplies
· Other costs associated with attending college

These scholarships are largely funded through the generous giving of EOPS faculty and staff. Our goal is to expand our scholarship funds and increase the number of students we are able to support.

We are asking for your help in funding the future of these scholarships.
