As some of you may know I was recently named to the Board of Directors of Minds Matter Chicago. Minds Matter connects driven and determined students from low-income families with the people, preparation, and possibilities to succeed in college, create their future, and change the world.
 
Minds Matter was originally founded in New York City in 1991 by my Harvard Business School classmate and long-time friend Leanne Pyott Huebner and has since grown to over a dozen chapters across the country. The Chicago chapter was founded by another Harvard Business School alum and long-time friend of mine, Lisa Souter.
