As the coordinator of the Dominion mentoring program with Elkhardt Thompson Middle School in Richmond, Virginia, I see the power of mentoring up close. 

I share in the vision of Virginia Mentoring Partnership, that "every child in Virginia who needs a mentor should have a mentor." 

There are more than 150,000 children in Virginia alone who are still in need of mentoring relationships with caring adults.
