I am riding in the first annual 360 Cycling Series ride on May 11th; this is a benefit ride for MileHigh360 - a Denver-based youth development program that I am supporting. I am riding to raise money for the MileHigh360 students. All of the money that we raise will go toward summer programming for MileHigh360's middle-school students; summer programming spans 5 weeks and is 37 hours per week. Students will do everything from bookclub classes to composition classes to a 5-day/4-night bikepacking trip. These students join MileHigh360 as 6th graders and remain a member of the program through age 24. This is no joke of a committment. Each student, at the completion of her/his membership, will spend over 3,500 hours of time with MileHigh360. It is life changing...
