August 5th 2013 was the worst day of our lives. We went to our normal 16 week doctor appointment to hear our baby's heartbeat. After what seemed like hours of having the doctor try to find the heart beat with the dopler, we were moved accross the hall to the ultrasound room. We couldn't see the screen, but we didn't need to. There were three doctors in the room with us and their faces told us everything. We had lost our baby only a few days earlier. We never got to hold her, we never got to see her. We will always wonder if she had my eyes, Jeff's hair, and what her little nose whould have looked like. We will always wonder who she would have been.

We always are looking for ways to honor her, and Missing Grace is a great organization to support. Being part of the baby loss community is something no one ever wants to be a part of and it can be a lonely community. Missing Grace helps families during this time, and we are happy to support them.

Jeff and I have been extremly blessed with the support that our family and friends have given us. We are so thankful for each and every one of you.
