My son, Zac, and I will be running this 5K in memory of Theo and to support Missing GRACE, which provides support to families that have experienced the loss of a child through stillbirth. Â
Zac and Theo had due dates 3 weeks apart. Â As second cousins and being so close in age, they would have been buddies for sure. Â We hope that through participating in this 5K we can encourage people to donate towards the cause - raising awareness to stillbirth, it's prevention, and providing support to families that have experienced this loss, such as my cousin, Tom, & his wife, Shawn. Â And as we run, we will be thinking of Zac's angel buddy, Theo.
