This year DSC will be hosting 3.21 MOVE for Opportunities for All, to raise awareness of Down syndrome and make it known that people with disabilities deserve to be treated equitably, and participate in all parts of life.

From the 19th to 21st of March, we are asking participants to walk, run, ride, or bike 3.21 miles for Down Syndrome Awareness Day. Supporters will recruit friends and family members to complete the 3.21 MOVE Challenge with them and donate any amount they choose.

Get creative with your miles! You can complete the 3.21 miles in any way you choose.

The DSC of Puget Sound is the regions only non-profit working exclusively with individuals with Down syndrome and their families. DSC’s mission is to empower people with Down syndrome and their families through life-long learning and experiences, while building an accepting and inclusive society.

We offer services, resources, and programs for people and families from birth through adulthood. Your support goes directly to supporting those services, and building a caring, understanding, supportive community open to all individuals and families whose lives include a person with Down syndrome.
