Move for the Mind benefitting SIMS Foundation!
Move for the Mind is thrilled to announce that our 2026 race will be held on Saturday, September 26th beginning at 9 am!
Benefitting the SIMS Foundation, a local nonprofit providing mental health care to local music industry professionals, Move for the Mind is a multi-stop adventure race focused on fun, wellness, and mental health.
Starting and ending at Squatch Frontier Fitness, Move for the Mind participants will compete in teams of 4 and run/walk/dance 3.5 miles through East Austin, Amazing Race style.
Solve puzzles, complete missions, bust a move on the mobile dance floor and do it all in the name of supporting access to mental healthcare!
After the race we will all meet back at Squatch Frontier Fitness for a DJ set by Julip Jones and MERG.
You can win prizes from local vendors and each individual who registers and attends will get a free one month membership to Squatch Frontier Fitness!
