Where is the gala taking place? 
The gala is at the University of St. Thomas Anderson Student Center, 2115 Summit Ave. St. Paul, MN 55105

What is the schedule for the evening?
6:00pm Reception with hors d'oeurves, cash bar, online auction, games, art sale, and live music by Jerry Salter
7:00pm Dinner and program
9:00pm Dessert, live music by Empire Night, and dancing

What is the expected attire for the evening?
We welcome gala guests to dress how they are comfortable for a night out. For most people, that falls in the range of cocktail - semiformal attire. 

Where do we park?
Complimentary underground parking is available at the Anderson Student Center. See the map below for details. 
 

Auction Questions

The online auction will open on Tuesday, September 20th. Anyone can bid, whether they are attending the gala in person or virtually. The auction will close the evening of Saturday, September 24th at 7pm. 

The video below shows you how to bid on the website or by using the mobile app for bidding, Givi. You can bid in the online silent auction using either method. 

Live auction items will only be available for bidding in the room at the gala. If you are not able to attend but would like to submit a proxy bid, you must do the following:

  1. Register for an auction-only ticket and register a credit card for your account.
  2. Browse the live auction items and choose your max bid.
  3. Contact Shannon Brumbaugh, Director of Development, at 651-793-4126 to discuss the bidding process. All proxy bid information must be complete with MSS noon on Thursday, September 22. 

    We will notify you after the auction closes on September 24th if you are the winning bidder.
