Help Goose Support CCHS!

(& get his face on a can of Triptych beer)

A message from Goose, Kevin, & Hailey:

Goose joined our family in December 2025. We rescued him from Pet Central Helps! out of Normal when he was 8 weeks old. Goose, his mom, and his siblings were found in the basement of a building that had caught on fire and then transported to Central IL.

If you have met Goose, you know he is Mr. Personality. He has a seemingly endless amount of energy, which makes him quite the handful. Also seemingly endless are the amounts of joy, love, & smiles he brings wherever he goes. We feel so lucky to be his Pawrents!

Our family is proud to support CCHS and all the good they do in our community via Mutt Strut!

About the Organization

The Champaign County Humane Society is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping companion animals healthy, housed, and looking for homes. Our shelter has been open to the Champaign County community since 1954, and we've helped thousands and thousands of animals find their forever home. Last year alone, about 1,700 pets found families through CCHS, thanks to donors like you.

As an independent nonprofit, our shelter, adoptions, and education programs rely on the generosity of this community, and the passion of supporters who fundraise on our behalf. We do not receive funding from local government entities, and we are not a branch of any national animal welfare nonprofits.
