What to Expect

We are excited to host you at the AAA Five Diamond Four Seasons Resort Orlando. During the cocktail reception you will be greeted with butler-passed hors d’oeuvres and wine. An open bar will be available too. After the reception you will proceed to the Grand Ballroom for dinner and our program to see the impact of your support. Following the program you will be amazed by the mind-blowing performance from magician Michael Carbonaro, songs by “Elvis”, dancing to the great sounds of Bold City Classics and a decadent dessert reception.

Event Schedule

When to Arrive
The cocktail reception begins at 6:00 p.m. When you arrive, please visit the registration table. We are not sending tickets therefore your name will be on our guest list when you check in. You will receive your table number when you check in.

Where to Park
The Four Seasons Resort Orlando is part of the Golden Oak community, and you must pass through security to enter the property. We will email you a parking placard. Each car needs a placard so please place this placard in your car so it is visible on your dashboard when you enter the gates. There will be a high volume of traffic the evening of the gala so to expedite the flow of traffic, please have your driver’s license ready to present at the security gate.

After you leave the security gate, please follow signs to the Grand Ballroom Drive (not the main Four Seasons entrance) where you will valet park.

Complimentary valet parking is available for all guests.

Rideshare drivers know to present their license when dropping and picking up guests.

What to Wear
Our most frequently asked question is “what should I wear?”. Feel free to don your fun and stylish cocktail attire. Based on attire at our previous galas, most women will wear cocktail dresses (knee length), but some will wear dressy pantsuits, midi-dresses and gowns. Men can wear anything from a tux, suit or sports coat and tie.

Cocktails/Dinner/Dessert Reception
Cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres will be held in the foyer. The program, plated dinner and entertainment will be held in the Grand Ballroom. Our fabulous dessert reception, featuring gelato comparable to what you would find in Italy, will be held on the West Terrace.

Fund-A-Need
During the gala you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on children’s health by supporting the evening’s beneficiary, children who need care through Nemours Children’s Health Compassionate Care Fund.
