I'm playing 100 holes in one day!
Dear friend,
This June, I will be playing 100 holes in Golf Fight Cancer's 2026 New England Golf Marathon, a unique fundraising event that combines a love of golf and the desire to give back. Golfers of all skill levels play 100 holes to support cancer-related organizations.
I will be raising critical funds for Vineyard Havens (http://www.vineyardhavens.org) and ask you to support me by making a gift. Since 2019 Vineyard Havens has provided respite, relaxation and rejuvenation for more than 800 people impacted by cancer. A cancer diagnosis affects more than just the patient. Parents, children and siblings often carry trauma symptons as high as 60% of the time. This is why Vineyard Havens designs every respite week with the whole family in mind - creating space for rest, play and togetherness that strengthens everyone for the journey ahead.
Last year we raised $25,000 for Vineyard Havens through the Golf Fights Cancer 2025 Golf Marathon, which funded a week long respite vacation for five different families. These vacations include a beautiful beach home, professional family photo shoot, $100 daily "fun" money, a "dream" activity for pediatric patients, dinner brought to the family upon arrival, a lightly stocked fridge with personal favorites, and a personal island helper to answer all questions and assist throughout.
In 2026, Vineyard Havens will have 29 families heading to Martha's Vineyard which is an all time high thanks to your generosity and support!! My fundraising goal for this year is $7,500, and a donation of any amount will make a difference.
