 Compliance Reminders for Takeda-Organized Walk Teams

1. Takeda will not require, encourage, measure or reward Takeda employees to make a personal donation or fundraise. You may never expense or attribute your personal contributions to Takeda.

2. Takeda is not requiring or encouraging you to raise contributions from third parties as part of your participation. However, if you choose to request contributions from third parties in support of your walk, you may not use these funds to increase your personal charitable contribution or hold these contributions out as being from Takeda. Third party contributions must be made from, and attributed to, the third party.

3. Takeda donations, Takeda’s walk team participation, personal charitable contributions and third-party contributions may never be used to incentivize an organization to recommend Takeda products.

4. You may forward the cover email communication to others within Takeda, but please include these compliance reminders, and please make sure your communication is consistent with them.

5. While participating in the walk, you may not conduct Takeda business, including the promotion of Takeda products.
