We're excited to come together to participate in the 2026 Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk, a fundraiser to support the New England Hemophilia Association’s (NEHA). NEHA has been part of our lives for more than a decade, supporting our family as we learned about Von Willebrand, my niece’s bleeding disorder, and surrounding us with a community of wonderful people.

This summer, my niece and I attended Family Camp for the first time, and she shared that camp was the best thing she did this summer. She reconnected with old friends, made many new ones, and, most importantly, never once felt limited or singled out because of her bleeding disorder. Gwen even self‑infused for the first time and proudly earned her Big Stick which is a big accomplishment.

Family Camp is NEHA’s largest and longest running program, and they cover 95% of the cost so families can experience this life-changing weekend together. By supporting our walk, you’re helping NEHA continue offering programs like Family Camp to families across New England, including ours.
