Meet Robbie

During my pregnancy, we learned that our son, Robbie, would be born with a rare congenital heart defect called Double Inlet Left Ventricle (DILV). This condition means Robbie was born with only one functioning pumping chamber in his heart instead of two. We also learned that one of his lungs functions at only about 70% capacity.

Since his birth in March 2025, Robbie has faced challenges that no child should have to endure. He has undergone multiple procedures, lengthy hospital stays, and countless appointments with specialists. Despite every obstacle, he continues to amaze us with his strength, determination, and smile.

We are grateful to share that Robbie's surgery in Boston was a success, and after everything he has overcome, he now has only one surgery remaining in his heart journey.

If it wasn't for organizations like this, Robbie may never have had a fighting chance, thats why we are proudly collecting donations for The Children's Heart Foundation and will be participating in the New York City Congenital Heart Walk on September 26th to help raise awareness and support for children born with congenital heart defects.
