The Peoria Neighborhood House has been helping people in the Peoria area since 1896 and this fund raiser benefits their  Meals on Wheels, Critters Meals on Wheels, and Meal programs for Children which provides nutritious meals to those, and their pets, who wouldn't otherwise be able to have them. The RAGBRAI is a seven day bicycle ride from the west end of Iowa to the east with 8,500 rider's each year that has been going on since 1973. I'm just the idiot that thinks raising money by riding through Iowa in the middle of July is a good idea. I am, all kidding aside, incredibly lucky to have this opportunity to help out such a great cause.
