Cycling has long been one of my passions, it’s my escape. I also get great joy out of community service; giving back to my community and those in need. RAGBRAI is well known among cyclists but I could never justify taking the time. Then I was presented with the opportunity to do so while helping raise money for the Neighborhood House. The Neighborhood House serves the most vulnerable in our community, children and elderly, with a variety of services.  I am honored to have the opportunity to pedal for this cause.
