The Key Center for Learning Differences (KCLD) is conducting a chance raffle. Winner may purchase tickets with the following prizes: 1) Four Texas Rangers tickets, retail value $2,000; 2) David Yurman Starburst diamond, prasiolite, silver ring, retail value $1,900; 3) Xbox Series S console, accessories, and games, retail value $865. Raffle proceeds benefit KCLD. By purchasing a raffle ticket(s), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and agreements.

*******NOTE: Your raffle ticket(s) confirmation will be delivered to your email upon purchase. RETAIN this email. Physical tickets will be printed and placed in a random drawing at KCLD on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. Winners will be notified on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.*******

ONLINE RAFFLE TICKET SALES begin Wednesday, January 20, 2021, 7:00 am. and ends Friday, February 26, 2021, 8:00 pm.

Raffle Terms, Conditions, and Agreements
1. Must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket and to win raffle.
2. Must be a U.S. citizen to purchase a ticket and to win raffle.
3. Chance raffle ticket sales are limited to residents of Texas.
4. Eligibility to win the chance raffle item is limited to residents of Texas.
5. Raffle ticket price is not tax-deductible or refundable.
6. Prizes are with MSRP: 1) Four Texas Rangers tickets, retail value $2,000; 2) David Yurman Starburst diamond, prasiolite, silver ring, retail value $1,900; 3) Xbox Series S console, accessories, and games, retail value $865.
7. Item cannot be converted to cash.
8. Winner must claim item within 14 days of being notified. In the event a winner elects not to accept or claim the prize, KCLD will conduct a second drawing to determine a winner.
9. Key Center for Learning Differences makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the item or its fitness for any particular purpose. The winner takes the item as is and expressly assumes all risk associated with operation of the item and all equipment furnished with item. Winner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Key Center for Learning Differences, any subsidiaries and/or affiliates of the Key Center for Learning Differences, and the officers, representatives, and employees of any of the foregoing, from any and all claims, damages, and/or liability arising out of or related to the raffle or the use or operation of the item made the subject of the raffle. The winner also agrees and covenants not to sue, initiate arbitration against, or to take any legal action against the Key Center for Learning Differences, any subsidiaries and/or affiliates of the Key Center for Learning Differences, and the officers, representatives, and employees of any of the foregoing, arising out of or related to the raffle or the use or operation of the item made the subject of the raffle.
10. The Winner grants the Key Center for Learning Differences the right to publicize his/her name, city of residence, and photographic likeness.
