I’m participating in No-Shave November to raise awareness about men’s health, encourage preventive screenings, and remind men that taking care of their health is a sign of strength, not weakness. As a police officer, I know how important it is to look out for others, but it’s just as important to look out for ourselves. I’m proud to support this cause and help break the stigma surrounding men’s physical and mental health.
