I’m thrilled to be participating in NREF - NeuROW, a fundraiser supporting The Neurosurgery Research and Education Foundation! Nine neurosurgeons are taking on the Head of the Charles Regatta - the iconic 4702m course on the Charles River - in support of brain tumor research. Proceeds from our "money for meters" campaign will honor the memory of Andy Foy M.D., pediatric neurosurgeon, former NREF Fellow, and husband of our crewmate Michelle, who succumbed to a malignant brain tumor last year. I’m passionate about this cause and need your help!
