I had the please on Sunday, June 1, 2025 to partipate in my first ever Blood disorder walk, and it was filled with open arms from the community; from trying to find me a chapter like them in CT, to giving me as many resources as possible. One lady was an absolute delight at her table and said I'm informing everyone today with a disorder that does not clot, I know we are in allergy season and so with that being said I have supplies for anyone who gets a nosebleed to stop it or for those who do get them often I will provide it on the spot. This right here is the love we need, thankfully I don't get them, but that is the true love our community needs. Others gave me extra gifts like fanny packs, cookies, and handed me booklets/ pamphlets from their bins that they had specialized on von williebrand medication.

I’m thrilled to be participating in the 2026 Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk, for now my second year a fundraiser to support the bleeding disorders community! All money raised stays within our community and funds crucial advocacy, education, research, and support services.
