I began working with NYSX in early 2016 as a member of the company's Momentum Council.  This year I joined the Board of Directors.  There are three main reasons I've ramped up my involvement with NYSX over the last two years. 

First, the people.  You won't find a more talented, generous, compassionate and creative group of people in the business.  They are truly a pleasure to work with.

Second, the quality of our productions.  Our shows have a level of quality that rivals any other company in the city.  I continue to be impressed by the artistic vision our team brings to life with each and every production.

Third, our mission.  Not only do we produce amazing works of art but everything we do also serves our goal of starting a dialogue within our audience and using that dialogue to bring people together.  I think you'll agree that is a pretty important mission these days.

I could not be more proud to be a part of NYSX.  We have an incredible future ahead of us and we have the potential to make a tremendous impact in the world.  But we need your help to realize that potential. 

Our overall goal for this year's campaign is $35,000 and my personal goal is $3,000.  The funding we raise will support our upcoming Diversity Cohort New Play Festival, the international expansion of The Sonnet Project short film initiative, our next manistage production in Fall 2018, and plenty of revelry at our ShakesBEER Pub Crawls.
